    1)
    а) Чтобы предложить свои услуги или какую-то вещь, используют глаголы can и could, а также конструкцию Would you like + to-infinitive.

    Can / could I help you with the cooking? — Помочь тебе с готовкой?

    You can / could take this book if you want — Ты можешь взять эту книгу, если хочешь.

    Would you like a cup of tea? — Хотите чашку чая?

    Would you like me to buy vegetables? — Хотите, я куплю овощи?

    б) В вопросах, которые произносятся с целью предложить помощь, можно использовать также глаголы shall и should.

    Shall / should I help you with your bags? — Помочь тебе нести сумки?

    2) В более официальной обстановке вещь можно предложить с помощью конструкции Can/May I get/offer you smth.

    Can I get you some coffee? — Не хотите ли кофе?

    3) В неофициальной разговорной речи, чтобы предложить кому-то сделать что-либо, употребляют также слова и выражения suppose, supposing, how about, what about, why don't we (you).

    Suppose we go that way? — А что, если пойти этой дорогой?

    What about playing me a round of golf tomorrow morning? — Как насчет того, чтобы сыграть со мной партию в гольф завтра утром?

    Why don't we have dinner at a restaurant? — Не пообедать ли нам в ресторане?

    4) Совет, побуждение, предложение могут выражаться формами повелительного наклонения глаголов и конструкцией let's + bare infinitive (см. Imperative, 2), 3().

    Let's go to the cinema. — Давай пойдем в кино.
